Mary Walsh (Solicitor)
Mary trained with Pierse Fitzgibbon and returned in 2002 having worked with solicitors in Ennis and Limerick city. Mary became Head of Conveyancing in 2010.
Mary is heavily involved in agricultural law and presents frequently to the farming community. She has extensive experience with complex property transactions and acts for both private and commercial clients. Mary also has a strong focus on the legal needs of the elderly.
Helena O’Carroll (Solicitor)
Helena joined Pierse Fitzgibbon as a trainee solicitor in 1997 and qualified in 2003. She has extensive experience in both Property and Litigation matters. Helena has in-depth knowledge of all property related transactions, wills, probate and court related matters. She regularly delivers presentations on complex property and security topics throughout Ireland. Helena is qualified as a Personal Insolvency Practitioner as well as a Mediator.
